Kris is involved in the acquisition of distribution rights for films produced by other production houses.
After concluding and finalizing the acquisition deals, he decides the media strategy using the various channels for publicity like television, print and hoardings for successful commercial exploitation of the movies.
His knowledge gained through expereice by working with one of the biggest names in market like Microsoft, Mc.Donalds, Metal and Adidas .
Kris keeps a track of the development and implementation of the company’s corporate communications strategy, including media relations, and internal and external communications. He also shares responsibility for overall communication strategy that defines the company profile.He is primarily involved with the Production Division and Business Development sections of the Company.
This includes oversight of the Company’s general operations (including studio facilities, legal and business affairs, general administration, human resources, labor relations, strategic planning, property and government affairs).
In short, he oversees each and every activity of the company. His insight in the field of distribution is of assistance while selling the different rights such as distribution, overseas and music rights and satellite rights among others to extract the maximum revenues.
He is instrumental in developing new business and also is involved with the both the Production and Distribution Divisions of the Company.
He is also responsible for drawing up the strategic roadmap of the production department, being the interface between the company and the directors, actors, script-writers and others. He guides a venture from concept to creation.
